Delete your Netagrow account
You can delete your account here, or in the Android app under Profile, then Delete account. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email or phone) and profile
- Your farms, fields, crops and livestock
- Your tasks, guide progress, scans, chats with Neta and notes
- Your notification settings and the phones registered for alerts
What is kept
- Orders you placed stay with the seller for their records, without your name or account.
- Totals that cannot identify you (for example, how many farmers in a province grow maize).
- Neta Alert on WhatsApp is separate: reply STOP to any message to end it and remove your number.
Most accounts are deleted straight away. If something needs a manual step, we finish within 30 days and do not use your data in the meantime.
